Directions to Facilities used by EYL

Once a player is selected to a team, they are required to play for that team. 
Trades are made between teams with the agreement of both managers and approval of the Division Coordinator.

Each team will carry a 11 player roster. The league will accept new player names on the waiting list, but the addition of players are made with approval of 5 team managers . Openings in the league will occur for the following reasons (1) Player quits team (2) Player is injured (3) Player is expelled for nonpayment of fees or behavior. Normally, the league does not accept new players once the season begins.

The goals of the EYL Recreational league is to insure a competitive recreation league for the enjoyment of the players it serves. The purpose of the Coaches review of the player additions is to insure that teams fill open slots with players of similar ability relative to the position in the draft. The draft order information is not shared with the players, but coaches will use this information to insure teams are competitive and the division is well balanced.

If a team loses an early draft pick player, they will select from the waiting list a player of similar ability. This process is not intended to allow a team to replace weaker players with stronger players destroying the competitive balance of the league. In the past Elmora Youth League have replaced coaches who abuse this process.
