• Each team will be scheduled for ONE practice slot per week.
• The practice runs for ONE hour and 20 Minutes.
• The coach must clear his team from the gym to allow the next team to begin their practice on time.
• The gym will be split into two half court practices.
• All players may be registered as EYL players to participate in a practice or game. If a coach violates this rule, they are assuiming the liability for player injury..

• Games will begin January 2004 and run until March,2004.
• There will be 10 regular season games in the jr. nba league. (Number of jr. wnba games to be determined)
• There will be a single elimination playoff at the end of the regular season.
• Games will be played on weeknights.
• Each team will have one weekday practice night.
• This is a recreation league and the coaches are required to play each player a minimum amount of time in each game.
• 10 players per team.
• Participation or place trophies for all players.

Parents please note that

• EYL will use youths to referee the basketball games in the grammar school divisions. All parents are reminded to refrain from demonstrating poor sportsmanship during EYL basketball games. 
• Any player who destroys school property will be ejected from the league with no refund. 
• All parents or guardians are responsible for any damages done to the schools by their child.
